🚨 URGENT UPDATE: CLOSED
Posted Date: 10/26/26 (10:06 PM)
All Merkel ISD campuses will be CLOSED tomorrow, Tuesday, October 27th.
💧A broken water line has left all district campuses without water, creating health and sanitation concerns.
Maintenance crews are currently on-site working to repair the line.
All classes, bus routes, and school-sponsored activities scheduled for tomorrow are canceled unless otherwise communicated.
We recognize this is short notice and appreciate your understanding and flexibility. The safety and well-being of our students and staff remain our priority.
We will continue to monitor repairs and communicate any additional updates as needed.
Thank you for your patience and support!
