February is CTE Month!
This February, Merkel ISD joins the nation in celebrating the power of Career and Technical Education programs that provide students with a head start toward high wage, high skill, and high demand careers by turning classroom theory into real-world practice.
Our Success is a Team Effort and we would like to take this opportunity to honor:
- Our Students for their drive to innovate and master their crafts
- Our Staff: the dedicated teachers, counselors, and administrators who work to design and deliver top-tier programs
- Our Partners: College and Industry Partners that collaborate with our district providing students with additional skills and work-based experiences
