🚍 Exciting Transportation Update! - Derstine Area

The Merkel ISD Transportation Department has some exciting news!

Thanks to the support of Dr. Moore, we have found a way to expand transportation services to areas that have recently been developed but were previously outside of our bus routes.

Please review the attached route map. If you live in or near the  area and would like your student to ride the bus, visit the Merkel ISD website, navigate to Departments > Transportation, and complete the Bus Rider Request Form.

While we have maintained a list of families who have expressed interest over the past year, we want to ensure we don't miss any potential riders. If you believe your student may be eligible, please complete the form or contact me directly at jdeen@merkelisd.net
