Bus Rider Request Information

Please refer to the image below for instructions on how to request bus transportation for your student(s).
If your student rode the bus during the 2025–2026 school year, you do not need to complete a new request form. Existing bus riders automatically roll over to the new school year.
Only new bus riders or students who have had a change of address or transportation needs should complete the online Bus Rider Request Form.
