It’s time to head to the polls! The Merkel ISD School Board Election is quickly approaching, and we want to ensure every Badger fan and community member has the information they need to cast their ballot.

📍 Early Voting Information

Skip the lines and vote early! Early voting is available at the Merkel ISD Central Administration Office and other Taylor County polling locations.

• Dates: April 20, April 22 – April 24, April 27- April 28
• Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: 314 Manchester St, Merkel, TX

Note: The MISD Administration Office is open for Early Voting only. It will not be a polling site on Election Day.

If you prefer to vote on the official Election Day, please head to your designated precinct location.

• Date: Saturday, May 2, 2026
• Time: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Local Polling Site: Merkel First Baptist Church (Family Life Center)
